CAKE

Only the finest ingredients: organic evaporated cane juice (sugar), Cabot butter, Callibaut chocolate, Diemand Farm eggs, and Mapleline Jersey milk. We usually have a selection of freshly made cakes for pick-up. We’re delighted to fill special orders with 48 hours advance notice.

TYPES OF CAKE

Chiffon  
A light, delicate, moist cake with a rich flavor. Can be made in vanilla, orange, lemon, coconut, or chocolate flavors.
Chocolate stout cake  
Very rich, moist cake made with Guiness beer
Carrot cake  
American classic, rich and moist, it is usually made with a cream cheese frosting
Flourless chocolate torte  
Dense,rich, moist and fudgy
Gluten-free vanilla cake  
Made with rice flour, tapioca, and potato starch. Delicious with nice texture that no one will know is glutten-free.
